Key Responsibilities

As we scale our operations and enhance internal infrastructure, we’re looking for a hands-on IT Lead to oversee IT activities, ensure system stability, and support a secure, efficient working environment for all employees.

  • Maintain/upgrade office network systems, routers, switches, and virtualization infrastructure for the two Danang and Hanoi offices and oversee the branch.
  • Manage Active Directory (AD), Email, Windows Servers, and ADFS SSO.
  • Directly manage Infrastructure, Service Desk, and IT Security
  • Deploy and manage Office 365, integrating on-premises systems in a hybrid model.
  • Implement solutions for Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and security features.
  • Support users in adopting Office 365 tools
  • Deliver day-to-day IT support to internal users (workstations, network, VPN, printers, conferencing tools, etc.)
  • Set up and maintain laptops/desktops (Windows/macOS), user accounts, and software environments
  • Manage Google Workspace and access control across internal platforms
  • Ensure security protocols are applied, including antivirus, device encryption, firewall, and password policies
  • Support internal compliance efforts for ISO 27001 and SOC Type 2 certification audits
  • Act as the primary contact for all IT-related issues at the Da Nang site
  • Liaise with the regional/group-level IT teams for infrastructure alignment or escalations

Qualifications

  • More than 03 years of experience in systems administration and/or IT support.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows/Linux, macOS, and network setup
  • Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and endpoint security
  • Strong experience with virtualization platforms
  • Practical experience or involvement with ISO 27001 and/or SOC Type 2 implementation is a strong plus
  • Proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Knowledge of scripting (e.g., Bash, PowerShell) or automation tools
  • Good English communication

  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and IT documentation best practices

  • Experience working in a distributed, international team environment
