Job Description:
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle: conduct scoping sessions with clients, define project scope, plan and review timelines, track dependencies, and ensure smooth execution across all parties.
- Serve as the technical counterpart in projects: understand Customer Data Platform (CDP) architecture, API integrations, data flows, event tracking, and implementation requirements.
- Translate business requirements into clear technical tasks by collaborating with developers, business analyst, data analysts, and data engineers, etc.
- Review, validate, and ensure the accuracy and feasibility of technical deliverables.
- Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies: manage backlog, run sprint planning, monitor progress, and maintain documentation using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Lead client onboarding and product education: conduct training sessions, provide hands-on support for platform users, and gather client feedback.
- Facilitate both technical and non-technical discussions to ensure all stakeholders share a consistent understanding.
- Communicate risks, manage expectations, and maintain transparent stakeholder communication throughout the project.
- Continuously learn and adapt—be ready for a steep learning curve in marketing technologies, advertising technologies, and technical concepts; we will provide full support and training.
- Maintain strong organizational oversight of all project components, ensuring tasks are completed with attention to detail and clear visibility across the project.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in project management, or hands-on experience in software delivery (PM, dev, QA, BA, UX, account management, or similar).
- Comfortable with technical concepts: APIs, integrations, languages, frameworks, platforms, and services.
- Focus on Agile and Scrum methodologies. You’re a get it done, get it done right, get it done on time sort of person.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams, including data analysts, developers, and project managers.
- Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end – from initial planning and POC setup to full CDP implementation.
- Willingness to learn and work with complex data architectures used by large international enterprises for internal operations and marketing activation.
- Strong capability in monitoring project progress, tracking milestones, following up with stakeholders, scheduling meetings, and maintaining project documentation and reports.
- Good English communication and negotiation skills when working with internal teams (Analytics & Development) and clients to ensure timely delivery.
- Eager to develop deep expertise in customer data management and its application in business use cases.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bonus: You can read code, write a SQL query, sketch a data flow on a whiteboard, contribute to UX design, or set up automated tests.
